Hotel Policy
Cancellation Policy
- 30 days before arrival will be charged 20% of the invoice amount
- 15-30 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the invoice amount
- 15 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the invoice amount.

Billing and Payment Policy
- Credit for every reservation after checkout, payment to be made within 15 (Fifteen) days from checkout.
- Payment via Bank deposit or MBOB must be intimated to Dru Dewachen. Reservation/Account via email or WhatsApp to ensure to collect receipts.
Occupancy Policy
- A maximum of 3 (2 Adult and 1 Child) persons per room only.
- Extra bed surcharge is 1500++.
No Show Policy
- 100% on the invoice amount will be charged on No show.
- A reservation is considered “No Show” if the arrival does not occur on the date reserved and the hotel is not informed either verbally or in writing.
Child Policy
- Children under the age of 5 years are given complimentary.
